We operate three hair salons in Harajuku, Omotesando, and Shinjuku, and one head spa specialty salon in Ginza.

For international guests, we apply a +20% international guest surcharge on weekdays, and +30% on weekends and national holidays.

Although only a few of our staff members speak English, we communicate with our international guests using translation apps as needed.

✅To proceed with this Priority Booking Service, a total prepayment of ¥10,000 is required, consisting of:

• Operator Fee: ¥3,800

• Booking Deposit: ¥6,200

Once your payment has been confirmed, a dedicated booking manager will contact you and assist with securing your appointment.

The ¥6,200 booking deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

Please note that the ¥3,800 operator fee is refundable only if we are unable to secure a reservation for you. Once a reservation has been successfully confirmed, the operator fee becomes non-refundable and cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation or any other change of plans.
